Rock Hill calling . . . Telephone Museum reopens

Take the kids (or just enjoy it yourself!) to the newly reopened Telephone Museum in Rock Hill. Admission is free! While there, you’ll learn about the history of communications in Rock Hill, from the telegraph to the Internet. Lots of hands-on activities and visuals, including the rotary phone, manholes, switchboards and service trucks.

The museum is located at 117 Elk Ave., across Black Street from City Hall. It  is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Tours are available for school groups and day care centers.
