The Bush-N-Vine’s CSA (community supported agriculture) will runs Aug. 19 through Oct. 1. They will have bags of produce sent out once a week to three locations. Your produce will be placed in NEW recycle bags and you will return them every week to be refilled. The locationswill be the York Stand (pick up on Wednesdays), Rock Hill Stand (Thursday pickup) and Lake Wylie Stand (Friday pickup).
The price will be $150/small share and $225/large share. The small share should be enough to feed a family of 2 and the large share enough for 4 to 5. This is an average cost of $22/week/small share and $32/week/large share.
Produce Available During the 7 Week Period:
Peas, broccoli, collards, raspberries, peaches, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, squash and more. You will need to take the produce offered unless there is a surplus.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you’re interested. He’ll need to know the location you want and your contact info. A deposit of at least 50% is due by Aug. 1. The rest is due on the first day.
Live Nation is offering $10 tickets to see KISS in Charlotte Aug. 28 and Raleigh Aug. 29. The tickets are available only for certain sections, but I’ve never had a bad seat at the Verizon Amphitheatre. The offer is good only today (June 30) until 11:59 p.m. They also are offering no-service-fee tickets for a variety of shows.
I’ve signed up for Live Nation’s concert updates, and they constantly offer interesting deals or bargains on tickets.
